“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you’ve imagined.” (Henry Thoreau)
People come to counselling for many reasons. It could be reaching a turning point in your life, becoming dissatisfied with a relationship, experiencing a trauma, losing a loved one or just generally feeling that life could be better.
I am a counsellor/psychotherapist, life coach and trainer based at central locations in London and Kent; working with both individuals and groups.
As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy www.bacp.co.uk and Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals www.fdap.org.uk I adhere to the code of ethics and ethical framework for good practice of both professional organisations. This means that my counselling and psychotherapy happen in a safe, confidential environment; that I receive regular clinical supervision; and that I attend regular training, conferences and professional development.
