Men’s Group Workshops

One of the most powerful choices you can make as a man is the choice to care for yourself. Men are often reluctant to seek the help they need because of cultural messages that we are supposed to somehow be indestructible. We’re not. Fear, shame and numerous other factors can be powerful motivators to stay stuck in old behaviours that no longer help you. Today, you can take a big step toward changing that old pattern.

What’s more … you don’t have to do it alone. By engaging in supportive group-work, this can give you the extra ‘push’ you need to begin creating healthy habits. We also have the skills and resources to help men get unstuck from the stickiest old habits.

Group schedule is as follows:

  • 8 x 2 ½ Hour weekly sessions (cyclical)

Exploring issues such as:

  • Emotional blockages (i.e. whatever is stopping you from experiencing the life you really want to lead)
  • Anger and how to use it to propel your life forward
  • Using fear to access you’re real life purpose
  • Family and relationship issues
  • Life crisis and depression
  • Low self-esteem
